Beach Sloth Turns Four Years Old
Sloth turns four years old on July 27th, 2014. What an
accomplishment an entire presidential term. Beach Sloth has helped lead people
from the Obama administration to the Obama administration. Quite an
accomplishment and Beach Sloth could not have done it alone. Thousands of views
from all continents have tuned in to see the sweet word jams that Beach Sloth
employs by the hundreds.
can Beach Sloth do differently this fourth year? There are a handful of blogs
that manage to go on this long. Usually blogs rarely last a year yet this one,
this peculiar one has gone where no other blog has gone before, besides those other
ones. Beach Sloth had blogs before this blog, worse ones, and music ones on
Xanga. Unfortunately nobody ever read Xanga and now Xanga is gone? I think. I
really do not have the energy or the inclination to check if that is accurate.
Somebody else can let me know if Xanga exists still.
fourth year, how can I make it better? A number of people have really stepped
up their support for me. I appreciate it more than words can describe. Seeing
the outpouring warms my sloth heart. Lots of people from all across the world
send me such nice things. 2013 and 2014 have both been incredibly busy years.
As a result I have not had as quick turnaround time as I once had. Maybe 2015
will see a more settled down sloth with a number of wonderful things going on.
kids, my wonderful sloth kids, continue to be bad with social media. After four
years of letting them try to blog, to tweet, I am at my wit’s end. What’s worse
is I need those wits in order to effectively blog for you. At this point only
one child has managed to blog effectively and that’s because she blogs about
cardboard boxes. She is the best of the bunch as she has found a bizarre niche
and sort of driven it into the ground. I am proud of her and sometimes I even
let her go outside and play after she’s finished her blogging work.
am excited for this fourth year. How can I make it better? What do you think I
should do differently to make this year the best year for Beach Sloth ever? Let
me know. Send me an e-card (actually not kidding, I love these silly things) to
firstname.lastname@example.org. That would be
rad. Or if you want to paypal me money, you can to: email@example.com.
You can also wish me well. Really however you choose to celebrate my birthday
is cool with me.
how I am going to spend my birthday. I am going to sleep.
