knows of the blurred beginning of the day. A day gains definition with each
waking moment. Successions of events help to color in the blurs to give them
structure between the lines. Poor vision allows individuals to see the world
differently. Lacking any sort of concrete take on the world things can be more
malleable with mere colors. Tears do the same thing as bad vision; it tries to
show the world as seen by the vast majority of the planet’s creatures, the
aquatic animals. For a brief moment human and fish can be one the human
miserable the fish failing to realize that ‘this is water’. Despite the vast
distances a fish covers it never despairs or worries about the future. It lives
entirely for the present.
mornings keep inhabitants away from their present. For brief moments the dreams
rule over their individuals. Hopefully dream catchers are able to catch
something with the newly conscious individual. Commuters try to ignore the fact
they are going to work. Left alone they read books on public transportation,
listen to audio books in their cars, or stare out of windows waiting for when
they have to leave. Arrivals at work are inevitabilities. Such things tend to
take some time to get the individual fully settled with emails caught up upon,
with urgent responses done quickly until there is the easy stuff left for the
end of the workday when the spirit is exhausted.
permeate the end of days. Sunsets are beautiful. Afterwards there is the
grayness of the twilight. Nothing in the night looks pretty kept illuminated by
artificial lights. Reading happens. Moments of romance try to make their way
into life late at night. Emotional repression occurs during a regular day at
the office. Fortunately people have friends and relationships as coping
mechanisms for avoiding loneliness. Devouring food mindlessly is a poor way of
dealing with the isolation. Work can be isolating but it does not need to be
bring individuals together. Coolness comes from others. Beds are meant to be
shared for such reasons. Internet usage helps to reduce feelings of true
isolation by peering into the private lives of people made public by choice.
Few realize how much of their lives exist online. People are icebergs with very
little at the surface and everything beneath. People wear down after years of
use. Ambition transforms into a desire for comfort with the passage of time.
